Our Terms and Conditions

- As long as you have previous knowledge of the language, please take the Online-placement exam. This will ascertain what level you are.

- In addition to the Online-placement exam, we also offer office hours during which you may also take an oral placement exam. Please bring a printout of your results from the Online-placement exam.

- If you do not have any previous knowledge of the language, please register for a beginner course. 

- If it becomes clear after the first session that the course is not suited to your abilities, you maychange to the appropriate course. 

- Registration is done on-line. You only have to enter the course number and your university enrollment number. You will receive a confirmation form via e-mail and can complete the registration process with just a "mouse click." Afterwards, we send you a bill that will have to be paid within the first week of the course.

- Please note! Only those who register on time are guaranteed a spot in the course.

- The cost of the course is tax deductible as part of your further education. If you have any questions, please ask.

- If you cannot attend a course that you have already registered for, you may cancel your registration - in writing - up to one week before the course begins without any disadvantages. If, however, you cancel after this time period, you will be charged the full course amount. The decisive factor is when we receive the cancellation.

- The courses are designed for 8 to 10 participants.

- If there are less than 8 participants registered, we will have to cancel the course- We will let you know of the cancellation at least two days before the course is scheduled to begin.

- For private lessons, at least 20 lesson hours have to be booked.

- The cost of the course for private lessons has to be paid at registration. 

- Each private lesson session has to be at least two lesson hours long. The appointments have to be scheduled at registration.

- Cancellation of a private lesson appointment has to be done 24 hours in advance. If it is not, then the session has to be paid for in full.

- If you are a group of at least 8 people - to prepare for an exam or test together - we will gladly help to design a course for your particular needs.

If you already have previous knowledge of a language, please take our Online-placement exam.  This way we can determine  what level you are at and place you in the correct course. If you do not have previous knowledge, please register for a beginner course.
